Alelma, a family run business in Alonissos, was founded by Yiorgos Anagnostou and Amalia Kalogianni in 2007. The tuna processing workshop is fully equipped using the latest technology in seafood processing. Alelma follows the traditional recipe preparing the tuna in water or oil under the strictest modern standards and certifications.


White Tuna Fillets

Alelma white tuna fillets are sourced from one of the smallest species of tuna and it is recognised worldwide for its taste and texture. Fished exclusively in the Aegean Sea, by local fisherman, near the island of Alonissos, Alelma tuna is an excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals and particularly high in the healing omega 3 fatty acids.

Alelma white tuna fillets are available in water, in extra virgin olive oil or smoked & preserved in extra virgin olive oil. They come in 212g jars.

This gourmet Tuna Paste can be used to create endless delicious snacks and meals.

Ingredients: 70% tuna, 30% Olive Oil.

Alelma products are Mercury Free and a high source of Omega 3. There are no preservatives or flavour enhancers.
