Meligyris honeys are directly connected to the special terroir and the exceptional flora of the island of Crete.
The Oak & Chestnut honey is characterized by a strong flavour and dark colour. It is bitter, nutty and tannic.
This honey variety, which is rich in minerals, is collected from forests at a high altitude. Harvest takes place in early summer.
Ingredients: 100% Natural Raw Honey. Crystallisation of honey is normal.
