Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts within 21 days of your purchase date. We cannot offer you a refund or any claims made after 21 days from the purchase date.

Please note gift cards and hampers are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will only refund items where the product has been damaged.

All costs of returns (eg. shipping costs) are at your expense.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of your refund status.

In the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method.
