For our shipping arrangements, we use selected courier companies and Australia Post to achieve the best outcome for customers.
All shipping is undertaken on a carbon neutral basis.
For orders over $150.00, we provide FREE SHIPPING.
This offer only applies for Standard Shipping and the use of a physical address.
For Standard Shipping (physical address only), our costs are as follows:
Using Standard Shipping, we provide a 3-tiered cost structure based on gross weight, starting at $14.50.
1. Up to 5kg - $14.50
2. Over 5kg to 10kg - $18.95
3. Over 10kg to 20kg - $36.95
For Express Post Shipping (both physical address and P.O Box), our costs are as follows:
Using Express Post Shipping, we provide a 2-tiered cost structure based on gross weight.
1. Up to 3kg - $23.95
2. Over 3kg to 5kg - $31.95
If you wish to use Express Post for any orders above 5kg, please contact us so we can provide you with an accurate quote as rates may vary significantly depending on location and distance.
Gift Cards
The Gift Voucher is a digital product which will be sent to you via email.
The purchase of a Gift Voucher on its own is exempt from Shipping Costs.
We also provide a Pick Up option for Melbourne based customers.
You can Pick Up your order from our office (i.e. ground floor reception) for NO CHARGE.
Our office is open between 9:00am and 4:30pm from Monday to Friday.

Orders are despatched within approximately 2-3 business days.
The delivery times will vary across locations. Please note the Christmas season along with peak retail activity (eg. Black Friday) typically adds to delivery times.
Broadly speaking, the delivery times (in business days) for Standard Shipping are approximately as follows:
Capital cities
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra – between 2 and 4 days
Perth, Hobart - between 5 and 10 days
Darwin – between 7 and 12 days
Regional areas – between 5 and 12 days
