In Agios Panteleimon in Florina (Northern Greece), at an altitude of 600 metres, the Naoumidis family cultivates the highly reputed and authentic Red Peppers of Florina. This variety of peppers has a sweettaste.

In turn, the family produces a range of delicious and innovative handmade products, which are predominantly certified organic.

To ensure the quality and authenticity of the variety, they hold their own seedbed. It is outside of the family’s philosophy to use hybrid or mutant seeds. The Naoumidis family processes and packs its products in a stone-made unit, a fine example of a harmonious combination of traditional architecture and modern installations.
