In the 1950s, as a traditional artisan workshop in Kalamata, Lampos made history by creating the most famous brand of pasteli (sesame bar) in Greece. Pasteli is the traditional Greek energy snack which is based on sesame and honey.

Honey and sesame were the main ingredients of the nutritional habits of the ancient Greeks. Pasteli is full of nutritional ingredients and energy.

The Lampos family originally created a secret recipe for the Soft Pasteli Melato, consisting of honey and sesame seeds. Through the years the brand has expanded into other pasteli versions as well as including many sweets, treats and patisseries.

All Lampos products are made without preservatives or additives.
