One & Olive‘s 100% handpicked Traditional variety Kalamata Olives (in brine) have a dark purple colour which have a rich, fruity taste and meaty texture. Similar to extra virgin olive oil, Kalamata olives contain phenolic compounds which are natural antioxidants.
