Meligyris honeys are directly connected to the special terroir and the exceptional flora of the island of Crete.

This Organic Heath honey is thick and amber in colour. It is fragrant and floral with a lingering aftertaste that is almost bitter.

The honey is collected from the blossoms of the wild herb heather that grows in the pine tree forests of Crete. Harvest takes place in autumn.

The Organic Heath honey is a highly nutritious honey, which is rich in vitamins and minerals. It is extremely high in protein content.

Ingredients: 100% Natural Raw Honey. Crystallisation of honey is normal.
