In Florina (Northern Greece), at an altitude of 600 metres, the Naoumidis family cultivates the highly reputed Red Peppers of Florina, which have a sweet taste.  In turn, the family produces many delicious and innovative handmade products, which are predominantly certified organic. 

The Pickled Peppers (Moustopiperia) Stuffed with Rice is handmade using the finest ingredients. It is a delicious appetiser, which has an amazing sweet and sour taste.

This is a handmade organic product pasteurised without preservatives.
