Since 1865, the Vassilakis family has produced exceptional extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) on their estate in the Mirabello region of Crete.
Known as the queen of eating olives, the Mouratolies are la ocal olive variety which is unique to Crete. Cultivated since antiquity, these olives are small, fleshly and satisfyingly crispy.
Based on a five-generations old family recipe, the olives are hand-picked and sorted, marinated in sea water, local vinegar and herbs.
Ingredients: Mouratolia olives (58%), Vassilakis extra virgin olive oil (33%), red wine vinegar (7%), rosemary and bay laurel.
