Since 1865, the Vassilakis family has produced exceptional extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) on their estate in the Mirabello region of Crete.

Made from Koroneiki olives, the multi-awarded Charisma EVOO is a superior category olive oil. It is a good value, versatile EVOO for olive oil lovers and heavy users with acidity levels consistently between 0.3% and 0.4%, indicating high quality.

Charisma is well-balanced, fruity, with fresh herbaceous aroma with medium pungency and a  pleasant slightly bitter aftertaste.

Extra Virgin Oil is an excellent source of heart healthy monounsaturated fats and natural antioxidants.
