Since 1865, the Vassilakis family has produced exceptional extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) on their estate in the Mirabello region of Crete.
My Olive Oil is a premium category EVOO enhancing foods with a more subtle taste profile. It is mild at first, fruity, only slightly bitter and pleasantly peppery.
The Koroneiki olives are picked and crushed when perfectly ripe for best quality and taste. My Olive Oil has very low acidity levels of between 0.2% and 0.3%.
Extra Virgin Oil is an excellent source of heart healthy monounsaturated fats and natural antioxidants.
