Since 1865, the Vassilakis family has produced exceptional extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) on their estate in the Mirabello region of Crete.
The Vassilakis Estate EVOO is produced exclusively from the family’s own olive groves. Made from the first cold pressing of selected Koroneiki olives, an aromatic late-ripening olive variety, this premium olive oil is a connoisseur’s delight.
Intensely fruity and aromatic, with a pleasant peppery aftertaste, the award-winning Vassilakis Estate EVOO has very low acidity levels of between 0.1% and 0.3%. The lower the acidity, the richer antioxidant content.
Extra Virgin Oil is an excellent source of heart healthy monounsaturated fats and natural antioxidants.
