Salt Odyssey salts are free from chemical additives and contain only natural ingredients. The salt originates from the salinas of Messolonghi in Greece, an unpolluted area environmentally protected by the Ramsar Treaty.
This all natural and unrefined salt is the purest and tastiest of the sea salts. Fleur De Sel, which has a velvety flavor and moist texture, is used as a finishing salt. The ancient Greeks called it ‘ANTHOS ALATOS’ and hence the name Fleur de Sel.
This prime salt is skimmed off by hand from the salt ponds of Messolonghi. The luxurious, clean tasting salt crystals are a connoisseur’s delight.
