This highly floral honey is versatile. It can be drizzled over desserts such as cakes and ice cream while it also pairs well with both hard and soft cheeses. 

Lavender honey contributes to the overall rejuvenation of the body, relaxation of the nervous system and helps boost the immune system. In particular, lavender is well known for its sleep enhancing attributes. Also has strong antioxidant properties.
