Meligyris honeys are directly connected to the special terroir and the exceptional flora of the island of Crete.

This honey comes from white thyme, a rare type of thyme with white flowers that grows only on the Cretan mountains at an altitude of 1500 metres.

The micro climate conditions provide a ubique aroma and a thick texture to this type of honey, which is rich in micronutrients and vitamins. Harvest takes place in August.

 

Ingredients: 100% Natural Raw Honey. Crystallisation of honey is normal.
