In Florina (Northern Greece), at an altitude of 600 metres, the Naoumidis family cultivates the highly reputed Red Peppers of Florina, which have a sweet taste. In turn, the family produces many delicious and innovative handmade products, which are predominantly certified organic.
The Pesto Pepper spread is peeled by hand in order to retain the original flavours. A jar of 260g contains 3kg of fresh peppers and is cooked for 3 hours so as to condense the peppers.
This is a handmade organic product pasteurised without preservatives.
Ingredients: Florina Green Pepper, Basil, Wild Garlic, Pine Nuts, Sunflower Seeds, Salt, Lemon and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Contains nuts.
