Marianna's Organic Petimezi (Molasses Syrup) is a syrup which is characterised by a thick texture. Used since ancient times, Petimezi is obtained by boiling the grape juice and is a perfect substitute for sugar.
Petimezi can be used in baking as a sweetener, as well as cooking, sauces and salads.
Ingredients: Organic Soultanina Grape Must.
